To me, life is held together by memories. The people we love, the places we’ve been, and the moments that quietly shape who we become.
Growing up in Vietnam, photographs were a luxury my family rarely had. When my grandmother, the person I loved most, passed away, I realized I didn’t have a single photograph of her. As the years passed, the details of her face became harder to remember. That feeling has stayed with me and changed the way I see photography forever.
It’s why I believe photographs are about so much more than documenting a day. They are about preserving the people we love, the emotions we felt, and the fleeting moments that one day become the memories we hold closest.

We met Storm in 2022, and he hasn’t been able to get rid of us since then. He has photographed our biggest moments in life. Storm makes everyone feel safe, calm, and beautiful as he is capturing them. We went into this experience looking for a photographer and came out with a lifelong friend!
What started as a way to hold onto a memory became a passion for preserving the stories of others.
Today, Amore is a team of three storytellers working through both photography and film. Together, John, Gabrielle, and I share a similar approach: to create honest documentation of the moments, emotions, and connections that make each story unique.
I believe the most meaningful memories are often found in the smallest moments. The moments that may feel ordinary often become the ones we return to years later.
What began with one life has grown into the privilege of documenting many, and we are honored to preserve the stories entrusted to us.
